DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a wheel from them from amazon. The item was listed as in stock, but for some reason never shipped. I had to contact them to find out why. Long story short, they ended up canceling my order because they never had in stock and were unable to get from manufacturer. Thank you so much for wasting my time, I could have had what I needed a long time ago if I had bought from anyone else.

We ran out of stock on this item and canceled their order. We gave a full refund immediately. We did not want to cancel this order but we had to. The last thing we want to do is cancel an order. The same item was not relisted at a higher price.

I recently purchased a JagWire road set from this Shop on Ebay.
Xtreme Bike & Sport sent me a bent bicycle frame. To date they have made no effort to rectify the situation and have been extraordinarily unresponsive to my multiple attempts at communication. They have tried to skirt responsibility by making false claims regarding the date of purchase. Under no circumstances should anyone purchase anything from this company.
As of 09/26/17: XBS is still burning customers all over the internet.

1. I paid XBS for this item.
Tried to make a purchase through Walmart. Bike was advertised at 15.89. Received a confirmation email for my order, though the next day my order was canceled by this seller. When pressed they claimed that "Walmart made a mistake" and the bike in question was out of stock and this is why they cancelled my order. Extreme bike offered no other assistance or help in getting another bike. Weirdest part is the very next day the same bike was listed on Walmart's website at a new price by 'another' seller. Strange right?! In my inquiry With Extreme I eve pressed that the reason they canceled my order was due to a typo in price, they denied it. I'll deal closer to home from now on.

XBS should realize that the internet can make or break your company. All those burned by XBS should continue to pursue actions against this company. It does not cost anything to write emails or to communicate to other bicycling consumers about how bad this company is. Do not do business with them. I worked at QBP in the past and am going to call my contacts there and make a request to have their account reviewed. There are other bicycle parts suppliers that do honest business and work hard to retain loyal customers. Please reconsider any and all purchases from this company. Better-yet, boycott them all together. Please take a quick tour of the negative feedback on Amazon as well as eBay to see the horrible tendencies this company has with their customer service.
