I tried making a reservation online but the website kept telling me there was an error, so I called the local office and made the reservation they told me the price and everything was set. 2 hours later they call my husband to confirm and what not. They then tell him about the deposit on the car that has to be paid when you pick up. This was not told to me when I made the reservation so I called them back to find out what could be done since I had other things planned for that money. They would not work with me at all and wouldn't even apologize for not informing me. But since I needed the car I went ahead and got it paying the $200 deposit they said would be refunded as soon as I drop off car. They told me they were open the next day at my drop off time and will refund my money. I had no problems with the car, great experience there. Then I get back and go to return the car. They were closed and were not open till 3 days later! So I did not get my money back until 3 days later when they finally opened and inspected the car. It was a horrible experience with the service, I am very disappointed with them and do not plan on going back..
Very good overall. Sometimes unavailable to "pick you up" as the commercials say. They will do everything they can to help you out though.
Told the manager that my insurance had approved one more day of rental on the car in order to cover the return day. Manager assured me I would receive a phone call letting me know how much my total bill was once they received the information from my insurance. No call was received by me. My account was still charged the full price for the return day. I will be calling as soon as they open
Salespeople in the town of Independece, Kansas have the best customer service and go out of their way to provide you with the best!! Only will rent from them.
I went Kansas City and dropped the car that not supposed to be returned there, the company charged me just a reasonable cost for that late scheduled change. I was happy to see the amount charged in my credit card. That was nice!!
