I used this flowershop to send a baby mum for a friend of mine. I talked to the lady 3 times to make sure they did what I was whanting I was very determined to us all pink ,hot pink ,and white ribbion . and to have plenty of trinkets hanging from it. When it arrived at the hospital it was orange and yellow when i called they where very rude refused to make it right it was not worth 50 dollars maybe 30 but noway 50.....Do not use them if you care about what your paying for

ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a Money Tree plant to be delivered to my Aunt on her birthday which was on a Monday. When I placed the order, the checkout page included a provision that stated I was agreeing to allow them to substitute something of comparable value in the event that the item I requested was unavailable. Twig's contacted me via email on the Saturday before my requested delivery date to say their supplier did not have a Money Tree available and asking me to call or email them to discuss what would suffice as a substitute. I called, no answer, no answering machine, so no way to leave a message. I emailed them back (on the same day they emailed me) with a request to send a fruit basket of equal value and to update the message I had asked to be included on the card. They are closed on Sundays, so I also asked that they email me back to confirm that something was actually delivered on the date requested. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received an email response or follow up phone call, and my aunt did not get anything delivered to her. I would strongly recommend using someone else for your floral/gift giving needs!!!
The prices might not always be the cheapest, but the excellent customer service is always worth it.
