I went for a little night photo work and was not disappointed.

Amazing hiking trails for Kansas. I thought I was in another, non flat grassland, state. Huge chigger population, so wear bug spray!

Very nice park and lake. We enjoyed the primitive campsites here. I never knew woods and hills like this exist in Kansas.

I visited here with a friend to do some hiking. The trails were less hiking and more walking through a forest. Although the beginning was clearly marked, about 3/4 through there was no visible trail and we ended up turning back. All in all it was a fairly mediocre hike, and the trail wasn't very well maintained. We were hoping for something a little more challenging in difficulty and less confusing, but we were ultimately a bit disappointed.

Great well marked trails. Fun activity for the whole family.
