I called just ask about measurements since they don't have a website. A woman answered and said hello? I asked her if this is the K&L Storage? She said yes. I said ok, I was just calling to ask what the measurements are for the storage units you have available. She hung up on me.
GET SOME MANNERS!!
So not only is it UNPROFESSIONAL to answer a phone with "hello" when you have a business. But it's EXTREAMLY rude to hang up on someone. Just say "I don't have anything available" or something along those lines.
